economical and effective solution to any filtration and water treatment application.
Aquamation filters use a varied array of medias for removing suspended solids and hydrocarbons from practically any water source - which can be used in most types of industrial facilities or oil field applications.
The typical medias used by AquaMation are sand, anthracite, garnet, nutshell and
activated carbon. In most applications, filtration systems can remove up to 98% of the suspended solids and insoluble hydrocarbons.
AquaMation's nutshell filter, AquaShell (TM) is the very top-of-the-line of nutshell
filters. The AquaShell (TM) filter offers over 99% of throughput of clean water for end use. It provides superior media cleaning with a process that removes the contaminates using detergents, air scouring or large volumes of backwash water. The AquaShell filters are ideal for use in oil fields where the injection water requirements are demanding. Also, depending on the filter size and desired options, AquaShell uses only four to six operating valves compared to six or more in other nutshell filters. This simplifies the operation, lowers the cost and reduces required maintenance. The AquaShell filter is not affected by power
interruptions, even if they occur during the cleaning cycle. |
