Aquamation has the technology to build various types of clarifiers
including inclined plate, inclined tube, conical bottom, and sludge re-circulation (with or without scrapper). All of these types of clarifiers will work to reduce the amount of suspended solids in the water, provided they are sized properly for the water and
particle type. To remove the solids, the clarifiers are sized so that the water flowing upward is moving slowly enough that the
particles can settle downward. These units are basically settling tanks with a method to remove the sludge from the bottom. In addition, some of these systems (inclined plate and tube type) have a method to reduce the distance that the
particles must settle.
Our application engineering is fully computerized and is specifically geared toward custom design of complex systems. Based on your water requirements, we will generate reports that
illustrate the performance and operating costs of several optional methods of achieving the water quality you require.
After narrowing these methods to a few systems, we will estimate the capital costs for each - to allow you to determine which system best fits your application.
And whatever system is chosen, it will be constructed in a fabrication facility that meets or exceeds quality quality standards such as ASME, GOST, or DIN, using materials of construction that significantly exceed industry norms.
All this means a system with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency - at a price you can afford.
